Shipping and Taxes

Please note, if your order includes an additively manufactured part, a slight delay might occur. These parts are often made to order, so expect an additional 2-3 working days for manufacturing.

I ship my products worldwide, and because of this, I don’t apply taxes to our products. Tax regulations vary greatly around the globe, and as such, I recommend you research your own country’s policies on imports and any associated taxes.

Reliability of Information

My primary goal at Aston DIY is to provide a trusted hub of information for you to enjoy and use in working on your Astons. However, it’s important to remember that all information should be independently verified. I can’t take responsibility for any damages that might occur from following our guides or from incorrect purchases made using our sourcing databases. Additive Manufacturing

As a Prototype Development Engineer, a significant part of my work involves additive manufacturing. The majority of the products I create for you are made using this method. Rest assured, all materials I select are suitable for their intended environment and are of industrial quality, not just hobbyist grade. That being said, while the quality of my prints is always top-notch (probably the best in the industry), to avoid any disappointment I always recommend that any product produced via an AM method is refinished.

Returns Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from AMDIY. In line with UK consumer law, you can return any product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it’s in its original condition and packaging. However, please understand that I can't accept returns for made to order items, including those made through additive manufacturing. UK law typically exempts such made to order goods from standard return policies, unless they are faulty. Should you have any concerns with a made to order item, don’t hesitate to get in touch with me so we can find the best solution.
